Evening Flow with Tracy Chambers
Evening Flow…in this hour and a half evening class with Tracy you will experience a rhythmical Vinyasa-style flowing practice with particular attention placed on linking breath and movement. Vinyasa is the sequential movement that interlinks postures to form a continuous flow. It creates a movement meditation that is at once both powerful and deeply connecting.
Evenings at the co-op studio are particularly special with the soft ambience of candles, incense and gentle music to help students let go of the day. Mudra, mantra, pranayama and guided meditations are often incorporated into this class which finishes with a deeply nourishing shavasana. Once a month there will be a special treat of accompaniment with live didgeridoo and drums. Expect grounding, strengthening, warmth and release. General to intermediate level, sorry no beginners.
