Jacqui teaches Hatha General level classes which are generally of a slow-medium pace with an emphasis on the importance of the breath together with the alignment of the body towards a harmonious effect of calm body and mind. Jacqui draws on her background in Iyengar and Synergy styles with a focus on seasonal adjustments to fine tune the subtle energies of the body. Yoga props and wall ropes feature in her classes as well as mudras, mantra and visualisation so each class is different from the next one. Every class ends with a relaxation to leave you clear, calm and happy. All levels of yoga are catered for but absolute beginners are recommended to complete a beginners yoga course before attending a General level class.
