Jane has loved and practised yoga for over 20 years and undertook teacher training study to learn more about the philosophy and less traditional practices of yoga including pranayama, yoga nidra, relaxation and meditation techniques.

In more recent years she has become interested in teaching yoga that has specific mental benefits and well as the obvious physical ones.

Yoga and meditation was a place of refuge whilst working in the corporate world.  Her yoga teaching has lead to the creation of Mind Over Matter an organisation that offers “in-office” wellness programs including meditation, relaxation and mindfulness practices for busy corporates.

Jane’s caring and compassionate teaching style reflects her deep desire to help her students find calm through yoga and meditation in their lives. Her classes will always include a strong focus on the breath and mindful movement along with a deep relaxation practice.
