Ahimsa is one of the five yamas – the ethical and moral guidelines for yogis. It is the practice of non-violence in all aspects of life – physical, mental and emotional.
Ahimsa is defined by compassion and true love. It is achieved by learning to love deeply, and to be loved – both of which require absolute self-acceptance and feeling ‘enough’.
Join us for this immersion into ‘Ahimsa’ for a complete rejuvenation of body, mind and soul. Start with a beautiful 60 minute yoga flow to awaken the energy of ahimsa in the body, and finish with a 30 minute guided hypnotic meditation to awaken ‘I Am Enough’ in the mind.
We guarantee a savasana like no other, offering deep relaxation and restoration, letting go of unhelpful mental chatter and surrendering to complete self-acceptance.
