iRest is a meditation practice based on the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra, adapted for managing the stress of modern life. iRest is a wonderful antidote for anyone feeling stressed, anxious, tense, unable to relax, and those with chronic fatigue, insomnia, injuries or illness.
