This 5 week immersion offers the tools of yoga to strengthen your wellbeing. The effects of yoga with consistent practice offers equanimity, that is, calmness and composure, especially in difficult times.
The immersion runs on a Sunday @ 9:30am for 5 weeks, commencing in February 2022, pending Covid-19 restrictions and conditions.
