Sleep is essential and yet it can be evasive at times in our lives…Anxiety, depression, stress can be major contributors to broken sleep. Lifestyle and stage of life can affect how well we sleep. Yoga offers many tools to help us sleep well.
The breath and movement can be used to calm the nervous system.
Understanding what can hinder sleep is also important and developing what is now known as “sleep hygiene” gives you a good chance of a better sleep.
Deb Crompton yoga therapist and yoga teacher, has experienced sleep interrupted periods and knows how helpful a better knowledge of how to manage it using the tools of yoga, assists energy levels, calms the mind, improves wellbeing and sleep duration.

Sessions will include discussion about:
These are all issues that the “night stalker” may experience! We will learn a short practice that you can do at home, using movement and breathing techniques and many more of the tools of yoga to help improve sleeping patterns.
Small group limited to 6 people. Four x 1 hour sessions each Sunday.
