Caroline has been practising yoga since 2002. Following the onset of debilitating arthritis she realised the benefits yoga could bring, including pain relief, increased strength and flexibility. After a strong asana, pranayama and meditation intensive with teacher Rick Birrell in 2014, yoga has become an essential part of her life. She trained with John Ogilvie at Byron Yoga Centre (500 hours), and is certified in yin yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy.
Caroline is offering her individual blend of asana, breath, philosophy and meditation, with a lightness of touch and humour relevant to today’s world.
