Amanda has been practising yoga since 1994 and teaching since 2006. She is a Senior Yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Australia and IYTA, with over 1000 hours training in both Australia and India.  Certified in Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Seniors, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Disability and Restorative Yoga. 

Amanda teaches yoga for every body.  She deeply believes you are never too old, too tight or too unfit to do yoga!  Classes are well rounded with a focus on breath and self awareness, and include postures, meditation, relaxation and philosophy (just a little bit!) in a safe and supportive environment.   You are encouraged to work at your own pace, adapting and adjusting within the limits of your fitness and flexibility (and without competition) to promote a sense of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, renewal and healing.

Amanda works in small group classes, one on one, and also offers individually tailored take home practices.
