Christina has been teaching Hatha Yoga for over 20 years to adults, teenagers and kids. She believes that yoga can help every body; that it can be started at any stage in life and practised anywhere; that it offers health benefits and teachings of such immeasurable value as to inspire and support each one of us to live with more grace, courage, dignity and joy.
Between London and Sydney, Christina has worked in a variety of yoga studios and schools, having trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, Kids, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She has integrated these modalities into her teaching, seeing yoga not as one-size-fits-all, rather as a deep and broad body of knowledge and wisdom and a holistic health system.
Christina is a clear and eloquent communicator, explaining both the how and why while offering helpful hands-on adjustments. She sequences the postures for various levels from beginner to more advanced, giving clear guidance on structural strength and stability, safe alignment, breath and awareness. With her warmth and passion for helping others, she develops strong teacher-student relationships, fluidly crafting sequences informed by the student’s constitution, injuries and needs. She also works extensively 1-1, tailoring the application of Yoga to the individual and further addressing structural imbalances and physical discomfort.
Throughout the year, Christina teaches a range of classes, workshops, courses and intensives
