Sara is originally from Germany. Dancing classical ballet for more than 20 years and being a massage therapist as her background, she was looking for something that brings everything together – body, mind, soul and spirit. Her yoga journey started in 2008 with a Hatha Yoga teacher training. Straightaway she began to share what she has learned. When she moved to Sydney in 2015 she discovered Vinyasa Yoga and continued her yoga journey with further teacher training at Body Mind Life, Karma Kids Yoga and Flowmocean.
Sara also offers SUP Yoga classes at Narrabeen Lagoon and teaches Kids Yoga at pre-schools.
Sara’s classes are Hatha yoga based with vinyasa influences. Breathwork and short meditation complete every session. Her classes are energising, fresh and each session is different. A little challenge is always a part of the class, but not to master, more to have fun and to explore what’s possible and all above to stay curious.
Sara’s aim is that everyone leaves the practice with a smile and a wide-open heart.
For Sara, Yoga is a way of life. Even if we don’t consider yoga as our way, she believes it has so many different parts and we can draw great benefits from each single one.
