Sue discovered Japanese yoga during her Shiatsu training, in 2002. She found that she loved it, as it made her feel amazing! She also enjoyed the way the yoga changes markedly in each season. Sue noticed that Japanese yoga had a profound effect on her mind and body, banishing ailments, quietening her busy mind and helping her feel more centred.
Sue trained as a Shiatsu therapist in 2002 at the Zen Renaissance Centre, with Jack Marshall, where she also learned Japanese yoga corrective exercises.
She later trained as a Japanese yoga teacher at Mosman Village Yoga, with Peter Masters and Anne Bailey, graduating in September 2019.
