Most classes are suitable for beginners and open to all. It is very important that teachers are aware of any condition or injuries you have. Contact a teacher if you are in any way unsure.
Gentle Classes: suitable for starting your Yoga journey in a “gentle” way, for seniors and those with conditions or injury
General Classes: suitable for those with different levels of yoga experience
Strong Classes: suitable for those with some yoga experience and those who have a level of fitness that will cope with the “flow” movement between poses.
