Sue has conducted beginner courses for a number of years. In her Foundation class she ensures students approach each pose in a safe manner whilst experiencing the full benefits of poses, breath practices, and relaxation techniques. Her exposure to Iyengar yoga as a student influences her teaching style. Preferring the student to have the time to achieve the best posture possible in the pose rather than moving too quickly in and out of poses. This class is also suitable for experienced yogis who are rehabilitating from injury or surgery. It is also beneficial for yogis who wish to consolidate their understanding of all elements of a pose. This class will expose students to many aspects of yoga including asana, pranayama, chanting, mantra, relaxation and meditation.

Sue is a certified hatha yoga teacher (500hr training), yoga therapist and an accredited member of Yoga Australia and the International Yoga Therapy Association (IYTA).

She is available for private therapy, corporate and small group yoga. She runs retreats during the year both locally and overseas.
