This class is suitable for those whose yoga journey is just starting, those who are returning to yoga from injury or illness, and those who want to reinforce the fundamentals of yoga alignment, breathing and possible useful modifications to poses.
Sue is a 500hr trained yoga teacher and also yoga therapist. She has personal experience in working through physical limitations whilst remaining mobile and building strength. This insight into the challenges posed by joint, tendon and muscle restriction, coupled with study and keeping abreast of latest developments in yoga therapy, allow Sue to provide individual assistance within a group class setting.
