Sue’s general hatha classes offer a seasonal approach to yoga. Exploring the influence of the elements, meridians and organs associated with each season, she captures the essence of each pose/flow. Each class explores alignment, balance, working with the breath, relaxation, and may include other yoga practices depending on the experience of the group.

Sue is a certified hatha yoga teacher (500hr training), yoga therapist and an accredited member of Yoga Australia and the International Yoga Therapy Association (IYTA).

In class, her aim is to ensure all students are safe and gain the full therapeutic benefit of yoga poses.  Her experience allows her to provide individual assistance within a group class setting.

She is available for private therapy, corporate and small group yoga. She runs retreats during the year both locally and overseas.
