The Foundation Course is suitable for beginners and all those who moved into general yoga classes without doing a foundation course. 
In it we will break down key asanas (yoga postures) look at the role of the breath and the principles of movement as they relate to your particular body and lifestyle in order to build a safe and thoughtful practice and increase your ease and range of movement. The course builds sequentially, from week to week. At the end of the course you will get notes and a practice that you can safely do at home.

The next Foundation Course will start in February 2021.
