Caroline’s easy hatha classes are great for those new to yoga, seniors and those recovering from illness, operations or injury. The focus is on improving flexibility through gentle mobilising and gaining strength especially in the crucial core area, followed by relaxation.

Caroline has been practising yoga since 2002. Following the onset of debilitating arthritis she realised the benefits yoga could bring, including pain relief, increased strength and flexibility. After a strong asana, pranayama and meditation class with teacher Rick Birrell, yoga has become an essential part of her life. She trained with John Ogilvie at Byron Yoga (500 hours), and is certified in yin yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy.
Caroline is offering her individual blend of asana, breath, philosophy and meditation, with a lightness of touch and humour relevant to today’s world.
