Come and enjoy yoga!

This general hatha class is an opportunity to explore your yoga more fully, strengthening and extending your asana practice. This class also usually includes both pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

Caroline is offering her individual blend of asana, breath, philosophy and meditation, with a lightness of touch and humour relevant to today’s world.

Caroline has been practising yoga on and off since 2002. Following debilitating arthritis throughout her spine, she realised the benefits yoga could bring, including pain relief, increased strength and flexibility. After a strong asana, pranayama and meditation class with teacher Rick Birrell, she completed her yoga teacher training (at Byron Yoga Centre) to offer yoga to others. Since then, yoga has become an essential part of her life. She is certified as a yoga teacher (500 hours), plus trained in yin yoga, meditation and yoga philosophy.
