Caroline’s swiss ball class is suitable for everyone: old or young, experienced or novice. Come and sit on a big fit ball, have a laugh and have some fun while seriously working on your fitness. This class will develop your balance and strength, especially in those really important core muscles. There is a focus on breathing and posture throughout, with relaxation at the end of the class.
