Caroline’s swiss ball class is suitable for everyone: old or young, experienced or novice. Come and sit on a big fit ball, have a laugh and have some fun while seriously working on your fitness. This class will develop your balance and strength, especially in those really important core muscles. There is a focus on breathing and posture throughout. Following swiss ball, the stretch class will be 30-40 minutes focusing on flexibility and agility with a brief relaxation at the end of the class. Come to swiss ball or stretch or both. Swiss Balls provided or byo.
