Come and enjoy having a go, whatever your age or stage, or whether you are compromised, injured or free moving.
These workshop style classes are an opportunity to ask questions and practise with guidance. There is a focus on the individual to gain more strength and suppleness. This class also includes conscious breathing and relaxation.
Caroline is offering her individual blend of physical exercise, breath, philosophy and relaxation, with a lightness of touch and humour relevant to today’s world.
