Yin yoga is relaxing for both body and mind, and can counterbalance the stress of modern life. Yin practice addresses physical tension, fatigue and adrenal exhaustion.
Yin can help in quietening the mind, deep relaxation and healing injuries. Restoring and balancing energy is the focus.
This practice includes calming pranayama and stillness meditation.
