Gwynne began practicing yoga in 1999. She immediately became passionate about yoga, it resonated deeply, giving her a profound sense of calmness and connection, a reservoir of healing strength. Yoga became her passion, she commenced studying hatha yoga in 2000, and soon after ryoho yoga, ashtanga, ayurveda, meditation, wholefoods, shiatsu and macrobiotics.
With 20 years experience she draws on knowledge from the Indian Hatha tradition, Japanese 5 element tradition and the Eastern schools of philosophy.
Certified in traditional Hatha and Ayurvedic Yoga
Ryoho Japanese Yoga, Oki Yoga and 5 Element Theory
Yoga style: 5 Elements Hatha Yoga, a synergy of hatha and japanese yoga with seasonal focus for optimal health, well being and harmony with each season.
Classes are accessible to all, beginners to advanced.
