Sara’s classes are Hatha yoga based with vinyasa influences.

Breathwork and short meditation complete every session.

Her classes are energising, fresh and each session is different. A little challenge is always a part of the class, but not to master, more to have fun and to explore what’s possible and all above to stay curious. 

Sara’s aim is that everyone leaves the practice with a smile and a wide-open heart. 

For Sara, Yoga is a way of life. Even if we don’t consider yoga as our way, she believes it has so many different parts and we can draw great benefits from each single one.
